Arrow Precision Engineering Limited manufacture these rods to our own specifications. These rods offer many advantages over OEM, they are fully machined to remove stress risers, balanced end to end to within a gram and laser etched with part and batch numbers. All of Arrows rods are magnaflux tested and offer fantastic quality at a competitive price!
These rods are currently available 143 mm, 150, 152, 160 mm, 163 mm and 164.5mm long with a 20 mm and 20.6 mm small end. Weight of 163 mm rod is 341g !

Available as an alternative to the nitrided pin supplied as standard in any of our piston kits, these " super slippery " diamond light coated piston pins prevent damage to the gudgeon pin boss even in the most extreme conditions.

GM type replacement piston made 0.04 mm bigger to suit loose or slightly worn cylinders. Allows slight honing of cylinder to clean up any wear marks.
Piston kits come complete with 90.10 mm x 1 mm nitrided compression ring and 2mm, 3 piece oil ring, "accraclip " eared circlips, 20.6 mm nitrided gudgeon pin and accracote skirt coating.

Replacement piston for 90.00mm Jawa nicosil short stroke engines. Piston kits come complete with 1 mm nitrided compression ring and 2mm, 3 piece oil ring, 20 mm nitrided gudgeon pin, accraclips and accracote skirt coating.

With all the features of a pot piston and the benefits of a slipper, this piston has been designed to withstand the increased piston speeds ( not revolutions )of the long stroke bore. Available in 85.0 ( to fit Jawa nicosil bore ), 85.10 , 85.25, 85.50, 20 mm nitrided gudgeon pin.

Quality 3 piece oil ring as fitted as standard to our 80, 86, 88 90 & 92 mm pistons. Produces a far cleaner running engine compared to ordinary scraper rings, as little or no oil is able to get in to the combustion chamber.

Problems with a large end gap ? We can supply a 90.10 mm x 1 mm compression ring and 90.1 mm x 1.5 mm scraper ring. Especially useful if running with a steel or slightly worn liner.

Accraclips are now standard on all of our latest range of pistons. The eared clip prevents circlip rotation and excessive wear of the circlip groove, prolonging piston life.

This is a coating that Accralite provides for piston skirts. Developed from their proven standard skirt coating, this helps reduce friction, aids “running-in” and increases longevity of the piston skirt. It is suitable for all pistons in any bore types particularly Nicosil coated bores.

Top quality INA cage and roller bearings available separately or in packs of five.
The very best quality Vega Crank Pins available in sizes 34.96 & 34.98 straight, 34.98 stepped to 34.96,35.00,35.02,35.05,35.10. Also 35.15 stepped down to 34.98, 35.00, 35.02, 35.05 ( for old style or worn flywheels ).

178 x 78.4 & 178 x 75 mm diameters for both JRM and GM ( to suit 90 & 92 mm bores ), these wheels are 27.5 mm wide with recess for 1 mm thrust washers ( prolongs rod and flywheel life ). Supplied with thrust washers.

Other sizes available with approx 4 week order period.

JRM drive shaft, ground down to fit GM flywheels, suitable for belt drive conversion.
