These rods offer many advantages over OEM, they are fully machined to remove stress risers, balanced end to end to within a gram and laser etched with part and batch numbers. All of Arrows rods are magnaflux tested and offer fantastic quality at a competitive price!
These rods are currently available 143 mm, 150, 160 mm, 163 mm and 164.5mm long with a 20 mm and 20.6 mm small end. Weight of 163 mm rod is 341g !

Genuine GM thrust washers.

This is a coating that Accralite provides for piston skirts. Developed from their proven standard skirt coating, this helps reduce friction, aids “running-in” and increases longevity of the piston skirt. It is suitable for all pistons in any bore types particularly Nicosil coated bores.

Accraclips are now standard on all of our latest range of pistons. The eared clip prevents circlip rotation and excessive wear of the circlip groove, prolonging piston life.

Slight modifications to the crown and skirt for better performance, this piston replaces our previous 1247xk90c piston for GM short strokes. Piston kits come complete with 1 mm nitrided compression ring and 2mm, 3 piece oil ring, "accraclip " eared circlips, 20.6 mm nitrided gudgeon pin and accracote skirt coating.

GM type replacement piston made 0.04 mm bigger to suit loose or slightly worn cylinders. Allows slight honing of cylinder to clean up any wear marks.

178, 181 and 184 mm diameters for both Jawa and GM ( 78.4, 86 & 87 mm ), these wheels are 27.5 mm wide with recess for thrust washers ( prolongs rod and flywheel life ).
Each set comes with a pair of thrust washers and balancing plugs.
Flywheels are supplied balanced to suit Vega pins, rods and pistons.

Nitrided gudgeon pins to fit the Accralite short stroke range available in standard 20 & 20.6 mm and 0.04 mm over for both pins sizes.

Jawa drive shaft ground down to fit GM flywheels, suitable for belt drive conversion.

Spring to fit over cam chain adjuster bolt and behind cam chain adjuster to keep constant pressure on the cam chain. Prevents chain damage.
