The latest Jawa or GM engines. Each engine is blue printed and built with either Standard or Vega Racing Components. Specifications include Vega flywheels and Vega pin, Arrow connecting rod, Accralite piston, 5 or 6 mm valves and springs, reworked head etc. etc. Each engine will be dyno tested to ensure power output is suited to customer requirements. A certificate of authenticity is available along with graphics of power and torque outputs.

We recommend Putoline Castor Racing Oil, Putoline Chain Wax and Chain Lube.
The castor oil offers superb protection and penetration !
Chain lube has been developed especially for off road racing and extends both chain and sprocket life.
Chain Wax helps protect both chains but is especially helpful in prolonging the life of the primary chain and is highly recommended to prevent expensive primary failures.
If you require any other Putoline products, 2 stroke, gear oils, 4 stroke, filter oil, quad and kart products, fork and suspension fluids, brake and clutch, greases etc etc, please contact us.

Castor Racing Oil. As used by many top riders. A quality racing oil. Protects and lubricates.
Not to be compared with cheaper inferior products.

Synthetic racing chain lubricant, Recommended for both O-ring and non O-ring chains. 600 ml for the price of 500ml. Sticky non fling formula for extra protection. Available individually or in boxes of 12.

Specially formulated chain boiling wax providing super tacky protection all over. The boiled hot wax gets inside every joint for total protection. This product is a must for primary chain protection. Just boil the chain before a meeting and use in conjunction with DX11 spray during the meeting to prolong link life. Boil the rear chain and the wax will last a full meeting, no need for sprays on the rear chain.
Supplied in 1 kg tins either individually or in boxes of 12.

One thing that enables us to develop new products quickly is dyno testing. Parts can be tested and evaluated in hours, information fed back to manufacturers and production processes speeded up. Similarly engines can be tested back to back, different settings and components evaluated.
PJR produce instant computer read outs to show outputs in a controled environment. Graphics show different readings for different tests . This enables engines to be set up for specific tracks or for troubleshooting to identify a specific problem. The picture above shows the new Accralite short stroke piston in the dyno under vigorous test.
