VEGA Circlip install tools
A handy addition to any workshop, these circlip install tools are made specifically to fit our range of Vega Cosworth pistons but will also work on other pistons depending on the internal and external size of the piston pin.
Insert piston pin into piston, place one end of the circlip into the circlip groove ( fit circlip ends to bottom of piston i.e. 6 o'clock ), insert the tool into the piston pin and turn the knurled handle to install the clip.
Prevents installation damage to clip and piston and eliminates any loss in clip tension.
